Alan Sharpe didn’t discover that he wanted to teach copywriting until he had first fought in the Falklands War, traveled with the circus, worked as a licensed private investigator, taught children with disabilities how to downhill ski, eaten a hard-boiled penguin egg and lived in Jane Fonda’s old house in Paris.
Alan has taught copywriting at the university level (at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies) and the college level (Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning). Alan has published over 300 articles about writing effective copy. As a seminar leader, Alan has taught copywriting in Canada, the United States and New Zealand. As a teleseminar instructor, Alan has taught copywriting to audiences around the world.
